Coral Springs Hospital Pays $11M for MOB
North Broward Hospital paid $11,000,000 for a 37,000-square-foot medical office property, across the street from the hospital. The seller was listed as Eden Sample, LLC. Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International’s Jonathan Thiel represented the seller. Alex Brown with Colliers International South Florida represented the hospital.
North Broward Hospital plans to occupy the entire building. The 5-story, 1978-built office building currently has a mix of office and medical tenants. It is located at 9600 W. Sample Road in the center of Coral Springs, minutes from I-95.
Broward Health Coral Springs is a 250-bed hospital that offers a full continuum of care, featuring a women’s hospital, surgical institute, the Salah Foundation Children’s Hospital, orthopedic care, and a specialized ER for kids. Broward Health includes four major hospitals and more than 30 locations and offices, offering a spectrum of expert healthcare. The system has 1,800 doctors and 8,000 healthcare professionals.
