Back Bay Mixed-Use Building Adds 67K SF of Office Leases
Capital Properties and Colliers have announced recent leasing activity at the Park Square building in Boston’s Back Bay, with over 47,000 square feet in new and renewal leases signed.
Among the new tenants are Boston Integrated Health, Sugarman & Sugarman, P.C., engineering firm HNTB, Hercules Capital, and retailer Vision Source, with each expanding their presence or extending their lease terms. The leasing efforts are led by a Colliers team consisting of Tom Hynes, Kristin Blount, Joe Capuano, and Dan Carucci.
The building at 31 St James Ave, an eleven-story office and retail space, is undergoing repositioning efforts, including renovated common areas, an upgraded retail promenade, and pre-built office suites up to 8,000 square feet.
