Manhattan Skyline Management Corp Adds New Director 

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has appointed Sara Getlin as director of property management and operations. Getlin will oversee the firm’s residential portfolio, comprising apartments in NYC and its retail holdings. She will focus on operational and development objectives, budgeting, recruitment, and training. Getlin will collaborate with senior leadership on long-term strategic planning and building operations protocols. 

Getlin previously served as vice president of Property Operations at the Dermot Company, overseeing multifamily and mixed-use portfolios. She also held roles at Gumley Haft, BLDG Management, Glenwood Management, and SL Green.

She brings a wealth of experience garnered over more than twenty years working in New York City real estate, which makes her a perfect fit to lead our property management team,” said Laurie Zucker, vice chairwoman at Manhattan Skyline Management Corporation.
