AXSYS Capital has appointed Marc Fiedler as Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management. Fiedler will focus on the sourcing, underwriting, structuring and disposition of new acquisitions. He will also oversee the day-to-day operations, capital improvements, leasing and capitalization, working closely with the property management team. Prior to AXSYS, Fiedler served as Director at Stage Equity Partners, leading the acquisition of healthcare, industrial and retail real estate assets. Before that, he was on a top-producing team at Avison Young, representing office tenants in lease transactions across Chicagoland.
Brennan Investment Group has promoted Scott Gibler to Managing Principal of Corporate Real Estate Solutions. Gibler was originally hired as Brennan’s Executive Director of Corporate Real Estate Solutions, and in his new expanded role as Managing Principal, he will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic direction of Brennan’s CRES division.
Blueprint, an advisory firm in the healthcare real estate sector, has appointed Kristen Ahrens to Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets. With over two decades of experience in healthcare real estate, Ahrens has held significant positions in prominent institutions, both on the debt financing and equity investing sides, with a focus on debt originations and structuring, business development, capital markets, and asset management.
WithMe, Inc., a Chicago-based leader in technology-enabled amenities for multifamily communities, including PrintWithMe and SipWithMe, has appointed Jeff Lail as Chief Operations Officer. With a two-decade career in the consumer services industry, Lail brings a proven track record of operational excellence to WithMe.
Minneapolis-based Knutson Construction has promoted Sean Dols to Vice President of Field Operations. Dols joined Knutson in 1987 as a carpenter apprentice, and in his new role, he will continue to serve as a key member of Knutson’s leadership team.
Eden Prairie Center announced it will welcome new tenant Shear Bliss, a hair and beauty salon, to the mall’s selection of service offerings. Opened in 1976, Eden Prairie Center features over 100 shops and restaurants, with multiple anchors including SCHEELS, Von Maur, Target, JCPenney, Kohl’s and a food court with nine quick-serve restaurants. The center is managed by JLL.
Friedman Real Estate, a Michican-based commercial real estate services firm, recently closed the sale of 28074 Woodward Avenue, a more than 6,000-square-foot property located in Royal Oak, MI. Daniel Levine and Steven Silverman advised both sides in the transaction.
