CBRE Arranges Sale of Build-to-Rent Property in Northwest Minneapolis

CBRE arranged the sale of Avery Park, a 124-unit build-to-rent (BTR) multifamily project located in Maple Grove, Minnesota, consisting of 42 detached homes averaging 2,262 square feet and 82 townhomes averaging 1,687 square feet.

Curtis Capital Group purchased the property for an undisclosed amount. CBRE’s Ted Abramson, Keith Collins, and Abe Appert represented the seller in the transaction.

“The Avery Park sale shows the continued focus from capital on the BTR space,” said Abramson. “We had strong interest from institutions, funds and private capital and our team continues to work on opportunities across the Midwest in the BTR space, which is seeing strong demand throughout.”

Avery Park is located at 9713 95th PI N., near the Highway 610 and Country Road 81 intersection, and the property was completed in 2023. The community is in close proximity to the core of Maple Grove, offering easy access to retail and jobs.
