SL Green Signs Five Leases at 485 Lexington Avenue 

SL Green Realty Corp. announced signing five leases at 485 Lexington Avenue totaling 64,303 square feet. The leases include RSC Insurance Brokerage, Inc. leasing the entire 17th floor, William O’Neil & Co, Inc. leasing a portion of the 30th floor, Exponent, Inc. leasing the entire 22nd floor, Graham Holdings Company leasing a portion of the 7th floor, and Tegna, Inc. renewing its lease on the entire 27th floor. 

485 Lexington Avenue is a 32-story office tower near Grand Central Terminal, housing tenants like Travelers Indemnity Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. The landlord was represented by Paul Glickman, Diana Biasotti, Ben Bass, Kristen Morgan and Kip Orban of JLL. 

“Leasing activity has rapidly improved over the first three months of the year,” said Steven Durels, SL Green’s Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing and Real Property, “Our recent success at 485 Lexington confirms that well-located buildings are experiencing increased tenant demand.”
