Revived Residential Launches Commercial Division

Louis Belisario and Joe Cruz have launched Revived Commercial, led by Elysa Berlin, focusing on elite client service and innovation in NYC’s commercial sector. Berlin, the senior managing director, brings a wealth of experience from top real estate firms and her own property management company. She has been involved in over $1.5 billion in building transactions with a track record in sales and management.

Revived Residential, founded by Belisario and Cruz in 2024, has achieved over $500 million in transactions in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. “Throughout our careers, we’ve been dedicated to building teams and organizations that prioritize elite client service and outstanding real estate success,” said Cruz.

“With her dynamic backgrounds spanning commercial marketing and sales, client service, and property management, Elysa was a natural choice to lead our commercial efforts. We’re pleased to have her onboard and look forward to elevating our clients’ commercial real estate experience throughout New York City,” added Belisario.
