Medical Device Company Signs 111K SF in Wilmington 

The Davis Companies has leased a 111,119 square foot building at Upton Crossing in Wilmington, MA, to a global medical device company focusing on critical care and software. This represents over half of the available 215,000 square feet of Class A industrial/flex space.  

Joe Fabiano, Jamey Lipscomb, Jordan Yarboro and Brian Tisbert of JLL represented ownership and Rachel Marks and Chelsea Andre of JLL represented the tenant in the lease agreement.
