Titan Building $84M Leander Business Park

Titan Development, a leader in the specialty of building industrial parks, has received approval from the Leander City Council to move forward on a 115-acre development. The development will bring industrial, flex industrial and commercial uses to Leander. It’s expected to cost $84 million and consist of 1.3 million square feet of space under roof. Completion dates will depend on the project’s phases, from 2029 to 2036.

The town awarded $3.5 million in incentives to Titan. The project could generate $18.5 million in tax and utility revenues for the City of Leander over the next 10 years.

The site can be used for the following uses:

  • Manufacture, assembly or processing of materials
  • Warehouse and distribution
  • Research, testing and development laboratory
  • Data center
  • Wireless communication facilities

Titan Development is responsible for projects such as Gateway35 and NorthPark35 in Georgetown as well as Innovation Business Park in Hutto.
