Vulcan Completes 3-Tower Bellevue Project Leased to Amazon

West Main, a new three-tower 1,030,000-square-foot office and retail development in downtown Bellevue, has been completed as the Eastside’s rapidly evolving urban center and new home for Seattle tech companies looking for more office space.

Designed by Graphite Design Group in collaboration with Compton Design Office for Vulcan Real Estate, the project reflects tech’s commitment to bringing employees back to the office, with all three towers leased to Amazon. In addition to office and meeting space, tenant improvements for Amazon include a commercial kitchen, café and dining amenities, an event center and a pre-function space.

Located in downtown Bellevue, the mixed-use office and retail West Main development, anchored by Amazon, is an ensemble of three buildings organized around a common podium and thru-block. The north and south towers are each 17 stories and book-end a central 16-story tower. The podium features approximately 34,000 square feet of retail space.
