Polar Design Builds 34K-SF Middleton Facility
Polar Design Build, Inc. has completed a 34,000-square-foot sales, office, and service facility for Kenworth Northeast in Middleton, MA. Kenworth Northeast is a a full-service dealership offering medium and heavy-duty trucks, including showrooms, parts, and service bays.
The facility is expected to employ 40 people and will provide engine service, commercial truck alignments, repairs, preventative maintenance, and more across its service areas. Polar Design Build, Inc. collaborated with Maugel DeStefano Architects, Flood Consulting, and CBC Engineers for the project.
