Price Brothers Management Co., the developer behind a $1 billion Bluhawk mixed-use development in Overland Park, Kansas, has tapped JLL to lead retail leasing and marketing for the project.

Once complete, Bluhawk will feature 200,000 square feet of new retail and restaurant space, which will be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2026, reported the Kansas City Business Journal. AdventHealth Sports Park is an anchor to the development, which also includes restaurants, apartments, offices and hotel rooms.

The JLL team working at Bluhawk includes Kristin Grove, senior vice president of retail agency leasing; Holly Rome, executive vice president of retail agency leasing; Ashlyn Booth, executive vice president of strategy and marketing; and Rebecca Sidles, regional marketing manager. “We are honored to be a part of this special project in Overland Park for Price Brothers,” said Rome.
