C&W Arranges Midtown Lease Expansion for Cole Schotz P.C.

Cole Schotz P.C. has renewed its long-term lease at 1325 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown West. The law firm, formerly occupying 24,000 square feet, has now extended and expanded its lease to encompass a total of 32,128 square feet across the 19th and 20th floors.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant with a team led by Justin Halpern, Ed Wartels, and Ben Bouganim. “The center core floorplate of this size lends itself very well to law firm installations. This, along with the location and building quality, was what ultimately led to their decision to recommit to the building as their long-term home,” said Halpern.

Cole Schotz P.C. provides legal services throughout the United States from its offices in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Texas and Florida. 1325 Avenue of the Americas is an 810,662-square-foot Class A office building.
