  • JLL has been chosen as the exclusive leasing agent and property management service provider for the 28-story, 375,000-square-foot Discovery Green office tower, 1550 on the Green. The project completed construction in Q1 2024 and is currently offering options ranging from 16,000 to 104,000 square feet for prospective tenants.
  • Sansone Group, Raith Capital Partners, Catamount Construction, and Colliers have broken ground on the Rancho Del Rey Logistics Park on March 13th. This marks the beginning of the first phase of a 3.7 million square feet development in El Paso, TX. The initial phase is located at Interstate 10 and Loop 375, within three miles of Ysleta-Zaragoza Port of Entry, a key US-Mexico border crossing. 
  • Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces the hiring of Bryant McKenzie as Vice President of Tenant Representation. Based in Austin, McKenzie will be responsible for tenant representation and transaction management as well as new client and business pursuits in the market and nationwide. 
  • The Annabel, located within the recently completed mixed-used development Assembly Park in Plano, has new apartments are now available to lease. Triten Real Estate Partners developed the project. Community amenities include a gated pool, a fitness center, a courtyard featuring private cabanas, outdoor gaming featuring casual party games, a resident club lounge and a co-working space.
  • Amped Fitness will open a 38,562-square-foot gym at Richardson Plaza, a retail center located at 110 W. Campbell Road on the northeastern outskirts of Dallas. The gym, which will be the 25th in the country for Amped Fitness, is scheduled to open at the end of the year.
