W&D Arranges $108M for Four-Property Office Portfolio

Walker & Dunlop has orchestrated a $108 million financing deal for the equity recapitalization of a four-property office portfolio across the Southeast and Sun Belt regions.

Spearheaded by the W&D New York Capital Markets team, including Sean Reimer, Aaron Appel, Keith Kurland, Jonathan Schwartz, Adam Schwartz, and Christopher de Raet, the transaction served as exclusive advisors to Vero Capital and Prime Finance.

The commercial mortgage-backed security loan, facilitated with Goldman Sachs and Argentic, bolsters the portfolio with immediate capital exceeding $20 million for leasing expenses and further enhancements. Spanning nearly 1.0 million rentable square feet collectively in Atlanta, Dallas, Raleigh, and Washington, D.C., the portfolio boasts a weighted average lease term of 4.8 years and an occupancy rate of 84.9%. Tenants include Samsung, BAE Systems, and Kimley-Horn and Associates.
