Drawbridge Completes Spec Office/R&D project in Rancho Bernardo

Drawbridge Realty has completed 16705 Via Del Campo Ct. in Rancho Bernardo. The three-story, Class A office/R&D property is the first speculative office building to be constructed in San Diego’s Rancho Bernardo market in more than a decade.

San Francisco-based Drawbridge began construction without pre-leasing in March 2022. Earlier this year, while the building was still under construction, Netherlands-based semiconductor manufacturer ASML agreed to lease two full floors totaling 55,227 square feet. The first floor of 25,493 square feet is currently available for lease and being marketed by JLL’s Jay Alexander and Tim Olson.

“I want to thank the entire team, particularly HED Architects and BN Builders for getting this project across the goal line despite the challenges faced in new construction including supply chain issues and an unusually rainy winter in San Diego,” said Michael Embree, managing director and SVP, Drawbridge Realty. “We look forward to welcoming ASML upon completion of their tenant improvements.”
