BHI Raises Capital Line to $150M for Yellowstone

BHI, a full-service commercial bank, has raised its capital call line facility from $90 million to $150 million to support Yellowstone Funds in navigating the market and seizing acquisition opportunities. As Yellowstone, backed by institutional investors, evaluates potential investments, the increased liquidity will facilitate its value-creation initiatives.

Led by CEO Issac Hera, Yellowstone’s portfolio includes assets like 220 W 42nd Street, Maxwell Hotel and The Watson Hotel in New York City. “BHI intuitively understands how to structure nuanced financing that provides its borrowers with the freedom and flexibility to execute on the opportunity sets that the market provides,” said Hera. “We look forward to continuing our relationship with BHI and capitalize on other intriguing opportunities that may develop ahead in the real estate market.”
