Vantage Builders Renovates 20K-SF MA Office
Vantage Builders, Inc. has completed a renovation project for Lutronic at its U.S. headquarters in Billerica, MA. The 20,000-square-foot project involved refurbishing the lobby, clinical, and office spaces.
Key highlights include the revamped lobby featuring a moss wall and a refurbished spiral staircase. The clinical area was expanded, converting warehouse space into offices, a conference room, and amenities. The second floor underwent a complete renovation, adding offices, meeting rooms, and collaboration spaces.
“The Vantage Builders team did a tremendous job updating our office and clinical space, creating a more inviting work environment for our valued employees,” said Michael Palumbo, vice president of Global Service, Lutronic. “The new lobby is welcoming and reflects the positive work being done on behalf of our clients and their patients.” The project team included Ebbrell Architecture + Design, RMF Engineering, and JLL Project & Development Services.
