Mediterranean Eatery Blue Mezze to Open Second Location 

Blue Mezze, a Mediterranean restaurant and bar, is expanding its presence in Manhattan with a second location. The eatery has secured a 15-year lease for a 2,944-square-foot space at The Life Hotel, situated at 19 West 31st Street in Midtown just north of Madison Square Park.  

The lease was negotiated by Danny Volk of Vantage Real Estate Advisors. The new location will offer both a full dining experience on the ground floor and small plates and craft cocktails in the speakeasy below. Built in 1895, the location was formerly the home of Life Magazine.
