Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Hotel in Lansing

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Quality Suites Lansing, a 115-room hospitality property located in Lansing, Michigan.

The firm’s First Vice President, Ebrahim Valliani and Senior Associate Michael Klar, out of the Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Valliani and Klar also secured and represented the buyer.

Executive Managing Director Chris Gomes and Senior Vice President Allan Miller in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, were supporting brokers. Steven Chaben, Broker of Record of Michigan, assisted in closing the transaction.

Quality Suites Lansing is located at 901 Delta Commerce Drive. The hotel features a fitness center, business center, conference room, event space, and a sauna. Situated in the city center, the property is located near the Michigan State Capitol, Lansing Center and Eastwood Towne Center.
