Moinian Group Inks 7K SF in Midtown
The Moinian Group finalized a 10-year lease with Beny Sofer Inc. for a 7,300-square-foot space at 535 Fifth Avenue in Midtown. The space will serve as Beny Sofer’s office and showroom starting in Q2 of 2024. Omar Sozkesen of The Moinian Group and Mitchell Arkin of Cushman and Wakefield represented the landlord.
The property has seen leasing activity among diamond and fine jewelry purveyors in the past 18 months. Retail space at the property is fully occupied with tenants like Paris Saint-Germain, NBA, Best Buy, and Läderach. “The property’s premier location, flexible floorplans, amenity and neighborhood offerings and unparalleled views continue to set it apart and attract a high caliber tenant base,” said Sozkesen.
