Empira Group shows off new drawings of Dallas Arts District high-rise

Empira Group Previews 35-Story Dallas Highrise

Empira Group released renderings for its 35-story high rise to be situated on the more-than-one-acre site on Pearl Street across from the Plaza of the Americas in downtown Dallas. Empira plans to begin construction later this year and anticipates a 2026 delivery. The tower, at 711 N. Pearl Street, will rise in the heart of the Central Business District and steps from the Arts District.

The development will consist of:

  • 370 market-rate apartments with a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts; each unit will have its own balcony.
  • Eight exclusive penthouse units will offer panoramic views of the City of Dallas.
  • Ninth-floor amenity level will feature a pool overlooking the city, indoor/outdoor fitness center for a wellness experience, a co-working area, an art makers studio and a resident’s lounge.
  • A seven-level parking garage with 515 spaces
  • Ground-floor retail space encompassing 8,660 square feet

Renderings courtesy of GFF Architects and Hansinock, who designed the building.
