Clear Investment Group Acquires Columbus MF Portfolio

Clear Investment Group, a Chicago-based firm that focuses on acquiring, managing and redeveloping real assets in the distressed multifamily sector, has acquired a new portfolio in the metropolitan market of Columbus, Ohio. The newly-acquired, 381-unit portfolio is comprised of several distressed multifamily buildings, strategically located throughout the city.

“We are thrilled about the acquisition of this portfolio in Columbus,” said Amy Rubenstein, Chief Executive Officer at Clear Investment Group. “It represents an exciting move for our Fund, and a strategic stepping stone toward delivering strong returns for our investors, while diligently supporting the local community. Columbus has consistently demonstrated strong economic fundamentals, making it an ideal location for our investment strategy focused on maximizing returns from distressed multifamily assets.”

The purchase marks the third portfolio acquisition for Clear Opportunities Fund I. The fund remains dedicated to executing its investment strategy with a focus on disciplined underwriting, strategic asset management, and optimizing operational efficiencies.
