CBRE Opens Its New Tech-Enabled Office in Des Moines
CBRE has opened the firm’s new 8,000-square-foot office on the second floor of the 595 Tower, a five-story, mixed-use building, at 595 S. 60th Street in West Des Moines, Iowa. CBRE relocated from its previous location at Hubbell Realty Company building at 6900 Westown Parkway.
“While we enjoyed our time at the Hubbell Realty Company building when our office was an affiliate location, our new Workplace360 space at 595 Tower truly solidifies our place within the CBRE family,” said Bill Wright, managing director. “The building is a fantastic new five-story property set in the Jordan Creek Town Center neighborhood, with retail on the ground floor, offices including ours on the second and condominiums on the remaining floors.”
The office features work areas, including focus rooms, huddle rooms and an open-space room. New technology integrations offer seamless access to collaborative workspace chat and video applications. The office design, led by CBRE Design Collective, incorporated elements of Iowa’s distinct culture, including pieces from local artists and industrial accents throughout the office.
