Creation Delivers 530K SF DFW Business Park
Creation announced the completion of Fort West Commerce Center in North Fort Worth, along with the execution of two significant leases with Lockheed Martin and Big Ass Fans, bringing the industrial development to 70% occupancy.
Fort West Commerce Center is a three-building, 531,601-square-foot master-planned Class-A industrial development in one of the nation’s most sought-after industrial submarkets, North Fort Worth. Situated on over 30 acres, the project is designed to accommodate users from 34,041 to 221,444 square feet. LGE Design Build (LGE) designed and led the project.
Before the building’s completion, Big Ass Fans leased Building A, which is 221,444 square feet, for its central U.S. distribution hub, along with an office and showroom. Lockheed Martin leased Building C, at 136,165 square feet, for a storage and distribution facility. The final building, Building B, remains available for lease with 173,992 square feet of space. Matt Carthey and George Jennings of Holt Lunsford Commercial are handling the leasing.
