Long awaited Solaris first project to deliver from Uptown ATX

Brandywine’s Uptown ATX Ready to Deliver

Brandywine Realty Trust’s Uptown ATX 66-acre master-planned community is ready to start delivering. The Austin Business Journal reports Solaris House, Uptown’s first residential project, is scheduled to open in late spring. The project is next to the new One Uptown office tower.

Solaris House is a 370,839-square-foot, 341-unit multifamily development. There are 38 studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans available.

A 23,000-square-foot amenity deck featuring a pool will connect Solaris House to One Uptown. Amenities throughout the building include a social lounge with a private dining room, TVs, billiards and kitchenette; a co-working lounge with conference center, phone rooms and wet bar; a quiet business lounge; and a fitness center. The property will also offer a concierge service, bicycle storage and repair station and a pet spa with washing stations.

Uptown ATX will bring online 7 million square feet of office, residential, retail, and hospitality space.
