MMCC Expands in Seattle, Hires Director of Capital Markets

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), has hired Tiana Jackson as director, capital markets, in its Seattle office. Jackson joins MMCC with nearly two decades of experience and will be responsible for originating and securing commercial debt and equity financing for a wide array of property types, including multifamily, retail, industrial and hospitality.

She maintains relationships with local, regional and national funding sources, including commercial banks, life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, debt fund and agency lenders. Jackson will report to John Manning, SVP and head of production for MMCC’s Western Region and will work closely with Raymond Allen, SVP at IPA Capital Markets.

“She is widely recognized for her strong relationships with a variety of lenders and creative financing solutions which will help ensure our clients are always getting the most competitive terms available in the market,” said Manning. Prior to MMCC, Jackson spent 11 years at Luther Burbank Savings as a loan officer, where she originated multifamily, mixed-use, and multi-tenant commercial investment loans.
