Titan Adding More SA-Austin Industrial Projects
A New Mexico developer is building an industrial park in Schertz, adding to its growing portfolio along the San Antonio-Austin, I-35 corridor.
As part of its Real Estate Fund III, it raised $122 million to build industrial and multifamily properties. Titan Development is building Schertz35. Some details of the project:
- 3.5 million+ square feet
- 10-building Class A industrial park on 312 acres
- 20 miles north of San Antonio; 60 miles south of Austin
- Located in a Foreign Trade Zone
- Triple Freeport Tax Exempt
The first building will have 200,000 square feet of speculative industrial space and is expected to wrap up construction by the end of the year.
The San Antonio Business Journal reports Schertz35 is the latest step in the developer’s bid to secure millions of square feet of market share along the San Antonio-Austin corridor. It has a half dozen Industrial projects either completed or under construction along the I-35 corridor.
