- JE Dunn Construction has named Adam Cox as its Midwest Region President. The region completes over $2 billion in annual revenue through offices in Kansas City, Springfield, Wichita, Des Moines, Omaha, Minneapolis, Williston and Dickinson. In addition to the regional offices, the Midwest Region leads projects throughout the country for sports, justice, and federal government clients. Cox has worked on a variety of project types and complex projects such as the Loews Kansas City and Arlington Convention Center hotels, the T-Mobile Headquarters Campus, the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, the Richard Bolling Federal Building, and the Kansas City, and Missouri Police Department headquarters.
- Colliers today announced the recent promotions of several professionals from the firm’s Chicago offices, including:
- Mike Senner who was promoted to vice chair. Senner has built a comprehensive practice servicing large corporate, private equity and middle market clients around the world during his 30+ year career.
- Suzanne Serino who was promoted to vice chair. With more than 25 years of experience, she specializes in the delivery of comprehensive industrial real estate transactions and advisory services to investors, developers and corporate users and includes land sales and business parks. In the last two years, she represented Allstate and Sears in their corporate headquarters’ dispositions.
- David Burden who was promoted to vice chair. Over the past decade, Burden has grown a multi-disciplinary team that delivers comprehensive services across various asset classes throughout the U.S. Last year, he helped a corporate client reposition an obsolete, 20-acre office campus for redevelopment at a record sales price in Irvine, CA. Burden was recently named head of Colliers’ Life Sciences Practice Group.
- Anne Dempsey, who was promoted to executive vice president, handles sales of land for all product types, including industrial, data centers, residential and retail. In 2023, she was Colliers’ #1 land broker in the United States.
- Tyler Ziebel, who was promoted to vice president. An expert in investment sales of institutional quality industrial properties ranging in value from $10 million to $500 million, Ziebel was a member of one of the top producing capital markets teams in Chicago, closing 16 investment transactions valued at $650 million in 2023.
- Lauren Stoliar was promoted to senior associate with the Multifamily Advisory group. The middle market transaction specialist originates and underwrites commercial investment sales and capital market transactions for institutional, corporate and private owners of commercial multifamily real estate throughout the Midwest.
- Logistics Property Company, LLC, an industrial real estate developer, investor, and manager, appointed Lindsay Kindlon as Executive Vice President – Head of Asset Management. Kindlon will be based out of the company’s Chicago headquarters. She will be responsible for partnering with the Logistics Property Company team and the firm’s global investors to execute business objectives, maximize portfolio value, and work with the Head of ESG to integrate sustainable best practices. She will also oversee the dedicated in-house Asset Management team.
- Trilogy Real Estate Group, a Chicago-based real estate investment and property management firm, announced today that John Scarcella has joined the company as its national accounts manager. In his new role, Scarcella will be responsible for managing relationships and business development efforts with broker-dealers and registered investment advisors, as well as supporting the distribution efforts of the company’s affiliated funds’ current and future product offerings.
- Jonathan Zacharias has Friedman Real Estate as Chief Operations Officer. Zacharias will be based out of the Farmington Hills headquarters in Michigan. In this role, he will work with the leaders of the operating business to assist with developing long-term growth plans and to ensure there are the appropriate people, resources, systems, and policies in place to enable growth. Zacharias has held a variety of leadership roles in operations and strategy over nearly 20 years across real estate, hospitality, retail, and management consulting.
