Pretium Partners With Hunter Point Capital

Pretium, managing over $50 billion in assets, has partnered with Hunter Point Capital (HPC) on its residential real estate and corporate and structured credit strategies. This collaboration includes a minority investment from HPC and aims to drive long-term growth for Pretium.

Since its inception in 2012, Pretium has been involved in non-agency residential mortgage loans, residential business purpose lending, new home development, and single-family home ownership and operation.

“This milestone is a testament to the accomplishments of our 4,400-plus person team and the many opportunities that lie ahead for our firm,” said Don Mullen, Founder and CEO of Pretium. “We look forward to drawing upon HPC’s strategic expertise, value-added operational capabilities, and global network to propel Pretium’s development into our second decade.”
