Kinship PACE Enters Greater Chicago Market

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a new long-term 15,310 square-foot lease for Kinship PACE of Illinois at the Bricktown Square shopping mall in Chicago. Kinship PACE of Illinois is a program of all-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE). This latest lease marks Kinship Health’s first location in Illinois.

Donna Korn and Beau Ladwig of Cushman & Wakefield represented Kinship PACE of Illinois, in the lease transaction. Bricktown Square was represented by Campbell Wickland, Liz Krebs, and Kate Ruzevich of Mid-America Real Estate Group.

“Serving our senior community is a critical need in the U.S., and we are encouraged by the entry of Kinship PACE of Illinois as a new provider who will be ensuring a full array of services for our seniors. Successfully securing this lease is their first location in Illinois, and we look forward to the value they will provide to the community,” said Ladwig.

Located at 6560 West Fullerton Ave., Kinship PACE of Illinois’ space will be dedicated to serving seniors in the area. The center will also be among over 20 merchants that combined provide a variety of products, services, and unique dining options at Bricktown Square.
