Inland Completes Development of Healthcare Property on Chicago’s North Side
Inland National Development Company, LLC (INDC) announced that Howard Brown Health, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit LGBTQ+ healthcare organizations, opened its newest healthcare center in Chicago’s Northalsted neighborhood.
“Howard Brown Health’s mission is to eliminate the disparities in healthcare experienced by the LGBTQ+ community, and we are proud to have collaborated with them to help fulfill this goal,” said Anthony Casaccio, president and CEO of INDC.
Located at 3501 North Halsted, the five-story, 76,000-square-foot healthcare center offers a full range of services including primary and specialty care and mental health and lab services. The ground floor space is home to Walgreens, and there are 26 indoor parking spaces servicing the facility.
Founded in 1974, Howard Brown Health serves more than 38,000 adults and youth annually and currently has ten clinics across Chicago’s neighborhoods. The Northhalsted location is expected to serve approximately 23,000 patients per year.
