CBRE Arranges 65K-SF HQ Lease in Suburban Chicago
CBRE has arranged a new 64,883-square-foot headquarters lease within Oak Brook Pointe, a 218,192-square-foot Class A office building in Oak Brook, Illinois. Sasser Family Companies, a family-held group of rail, automotive, and aviation businesses, has signed a lease for the 4th floor and part of the 5th floor.
This new Oakbrook location will enable Sasser to continue its growth in the rail, automotive, aviation and containerized shipping sectors, where its portfolio of companies own, lease, and manage transportation assets.
CBRE’s Jeff Mann represented building ownership, Principal Asset Management SM, in the transaction. Sasser was represented by Max Chopovsky from MCCS Realty, LLC. CBRE handles the property management at Oak Brook Pointe, and over the past year, nearly 100,000 square feet of transactions have taken place at the site.
Located at 700 Commerce Drive, the building has recently completed significant renovations, including an expanded fitness center, deli, upgraded common areas, and a new 5,000-square-foot conference center.
