Panattoni’s Travis Hale Named NAIOP’s President of the Year Award

Panattoni Development Company announced that Partner, Travis Hale was named President of the Year by NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, for his role as 2023 NAIOP Washington State Chapter’s President. Hale was awarded in recognition of his leadership in guiding his chapter through change, overcoming legislative challenges, and supporting event and membership growth.

Hale has been in commercial real estate in both the private and institutional sectors since 1998. His years of experience cover construction, commercial brokerage, institutional asset management, finance, and development. Hale has served as the Seattle Partner for Panattoni Development Company since 2018.

NAIOP is the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use real estate. Founded in 1986, Panattoni Development Company, Inc. is a large, privately held, full-service development company.
