240-unit BTR community accepting renters in Prescott Valley

240-Unit BTR Community Opens in Prescott Valley

The Flats at Jasper, a new private gated home rental community, is accepting renters in Prescott Valley.

The 26-acre gated community features 240 residences in both single-family detached homes and duplex configurations, each with a private patio, backyard and carport. Floor plans include one bedroom with bath, one bedroom with bath and den, and two bedrooms with two baths, and range in size between 760 square feet to 1039 square feet. Monthly twelve-month rental fees are currently between $1,824 to $2,858.

Residents have access to the 5,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fully-equipped 24-hour Fitness Center and a swimming pool with adjoining Spa, fire pit and barbecue. The Clubhouse includes two private offices and multiple workspaces for use by residents.  Recreation and entertainment areas include fire pits, grilling stations and outdoor seating. 

The completion date of the last unit at The Flats at Jasper is scheduled for January 2025.  

The developers of The Flats at Jasper are Mosaic and Atlantic Jasper LLC.
