3.7M SF biz park breaks ground in El Paso

Work on 3.7M SF El Paso Business Park Underway

Sansone Group, in collaboration with Raith Capital Partners, has started grading on the first phase of their three-phase master plan in El Paso, TX. The development encompasses approximately 3.7 million square feet on 240 acres of leased land.

The inaugural phase spans approximately 85 acres at the southeast quadrant of Interstate 10 and Loop 375. This places it within three miles of the Ysleta-Zaragoza Port of Entry, a key US-Mexico border crossing responsible for over 80% of El Paso’s northbound cargo truck crossings.

The first phase of this development includes three industrial buildings totaling 1.38 million square feet, estimated to be completed in Q4 2024. 414,000 square feet of this space has already been secured through a lease agreement with Bosch, a global Fortune 100 company.

Colliers will be handling the leasing of the project. Catamount Construction, Inc. will undertake the construction of these facilities.
