Core Industrial Realty Announces $100M In Completed Transactions

Core Industrial Realty, an Oak Brook-based industrial brokerage firm, announced the company has completed the following transactions in Q4 2023 and Q1 2024.

Core Partners Nick Krejci and Noel Liston represented the purchaser, Perla USA, in the acquisition of a 174,000-square-foot newly constructed building in North Aurora, Illinois. The 174,000-square-foot building was developed by Transwestern and completed in 2022. 

Brokers Parker Ray and Noel Liston represented Component Plastics, Inc. in the purchase of a newly developed 144,000-square-foot building in Elgin, Illinois. The building was developed by Seefried Industrial Properties and completed in December 2023.

• Frank Damato, Partner and Noel Liston represented the seller of the Aurora Sports Complex located at 100 Route 30, Aurora, Illinois.
• Nick Krejci and Noel Liston represented Panattoni in leasing 180,000 square feet at 2200 Sullivan Road in Aurora, Illinois.
• Krejci and Liston also represented Sparkstone in their lease of 90,000 square feet in Addison, Illinois.
• Partner Nick Krejci represented the tenant in their lease of 25,000 square feet in Bensenville, Illinois
• Nick Krejci and Noel Liston represented the purchaser, Dayton Street Partners, in their acquisition of a 28,000-square-foot investment property in Elmhurst, Illinois.
• Parker Ray and Noel Liston represented the seller of 1175 Davis Road in Elgin, Illinois.
• Partner Matthew Lee represented the purchaser of a 40,000-square-foot building in Melrose Park, Illinois, as well as a 24,000-square-foot lease in Romeoville, Illinois, on behalf of the tenant.
• Broker Ryan Mullins and Frank Damato represented the tenant in their lease of 15,000 square feet in Addison, Illinois.
