Queens MF Property Sold for $9M

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of a 34,000-square-foot multifamily property in Queens, New York, for $9 million. The transaction was facailitated by investment specialists Louis Zarif, Shaun Riney, and Sean Fopeano from Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office. The buyer and seller were both private investors.

The six-floor apartment building, located at 25-31 30th Road and built in 1941, is situated in the Astoria neighborhood.
