Palladium Building First Houston Apartment Project
Palladium USA is well known throughout Texas, completing six projects across the state. The 146-unit Greenspoint project will be its first in Houston. Palladium is partnering with the Harris County Housing Finance Corp. on the affordable apartment complex.
Palladium Houston Ella will include a swimming pool, fitness center, conference center, computer lounge, dog park, kids’ playroom and clubroom with a mini-kitchen.
HEDK Architects designed the project. Houston-based Brownstone Construction is the general contractor. Regions Bank provided $18 million of equity, and Harris County provided $4.3 Million in American Rescue Plan Act funding for the $35 million project.
Palladium expects to deliver the complex’s clubhouse and first units in early 2025.
The Houston Business Journal reports, including the Houston development, Palladium USA has six apartment projects totaling 1,300 units and $326 million under construction in Texas — two in Fort Worth and one each in Anna, McKinney and San Antonio.
