Kidder Mathews’ Jeff Chaney Awarded SIOR Designation

Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Jeff Chaney, SIOR has been awarded the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. Chaney has been active in the leasing and sales of commercial real estate on Seattle’s Eastside for over 30 years.

He joined Kidder Mathews in 1996 and has been a consistent top producer. The firm has the largest independent brokerage group on the West Coast, with 500 brokers. Kidder Mathews also has 43 brokers with SIOR designation, more than any other firm in the Northwest.

SIOR is a global society for industrial and office real estate professionals. The SIOR designation recognizes the knowledgeable, experienced, and successful professionals in the commercial real estate industry. There are more than 3,700 SIOR members in 722 cities in 45 countries.
