JLL Arranges $395M for 70 Pine St. in Fidi 

JLL has arranged a $395 million refinancing for 70 Pine Street, a mixed-use property in the Financial District. The 66-story landmark building, originally constructed in 1932, now offers luxury rental residences, retail spaces, and a boutique hotel. 

The property, owned by DTH Capital and Rose Associates, underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2016. It now features 612 luxury rental residences with amenities including a fitness center, golf simulators, bowling alleys, and a screening room.  

The hotel component, Mint House, offers 165 apartments designed for longer-term stays, complete with fully equipped kitchens and custom-designed furniture. Additionally, 70 Pine Street houses two restaurants, a gourmet market, and retail offerings. JLL’s Capital Markets Debt Advisory Team was led by Christopher Peck, Geoff Goldstein, and Christopher Pratt.
