Lee & Associates Inks 733K-SF NJ Leases

Lee & Associates New Jersey, led by Drew Maffey and Rick Marchisio, facilitated two industrial transactions totaling 733,000 square feet in Burlington and Middlesex counties.

An international logistics provider leased 478,000 square feet at 1620 River Road in Burlington, with Maffey, Marchisio, and Michael Lee representing the tenant, and Nate Demetsky of JLL representing the landlord. In South Brunswick, Maffey, Will Ziegler, and Matt Esposito arranged a 255,000-square-foot sublease at 301-321 Herrod Blvd. for a secure storage company, with Dave Saltzman of Lee & Associates representing the sublandlord.

“This property’s Class A functionality and Burlington County address were major draws for our client, as was the opportunity to occupy the building as its sole tenant,” said Maffey. “The move to 1620 River Road will enable superior access to regional thoroughfares while maintaining proximity to the company’s additional area operations.”

Connect Industrial Midwest 2024 will take place on March 5, 2024, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, Illinois. Click here for more information and to register.
