Goldie Initiative Expands to Northeast Region

The Goldie Initiative has expanded its mentorship and scholarship program to the U.S. Northeast region. The initiative, aimed at preparing women for senior leadership roles in commercial real estate, launched its expansion with events in New York City and Philadelphia, drawing over 250 current and future leaders.

Named after Goldie B. Wolfe Miller, a pioneer in commercial real estate brokerage, the Goldie Initiative offers scholarships, mentoring, networking, and skills development for women pursuing real estate-focused graduate studies. The program has expanded to nearly 20 universities nationwide.

“Top talent is not defined by geography, and over the years, we’ve broadened the reach of our program with Goldie Scholars and a growing network of former scholars and mentors based in different markets nationwide,” said Megan Abraham, chief executive officer of The Goldie Initiative. The initiative will continue its expansion with networking events in Boston in April 2024.
