Window Nation Inks 50K SF at Maple Lawn
Window Nation, a family-owned company specializing in window, door, and siding replacement, has signed a lease for 50,698 square feet at 8110 Maple Lawn Boulevard in Howard County’s Maple Lawn community.
Founded by brothers Aaron and Harley Magden in 2006, Window Nation is active in 24 markets across 19 states. Maple Lawn, developed by Greenebaum Enterprises and St. John Properties, is a LEED Gold-certified office building with residential, retail, and office spaces.
Bill Jautze of St. John Properties represented the landlord and Rick Williamson represented the tenant in this transaction. “The strategic positioning of Maple Lawn between Baltimore and Washington, DC combined with the wide arrange walkable amenities will help Window Nation recruit top talent to fuel their continued growth.” stated Matt Lenihan, SVP of Leasing, St. John Properties.
