Ron Moelis Elected Chairman of NYC Housing Partnership
Ron Moelis, chairman and co-founder of L+M Development Partners LLC, has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the nonprofit New York City Housing Partnership Development Corporation.
With a focus on developing affordable, mixed-income, and market-rate housing, Moelis is also a co-founder of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing and has been involved in various initiatives advancing affordable housing policies. Moelis serves on several boards, including the Tenement Museum and Montefiore Health Systems.
“L+M takes pride in its long-standing partnerships with the communities it serves, and it is an honor to be elected board chair of the Housing Partnership, with which we have worked on many affordable housing developments over the decades,” said Moelis. With over 40 years of experience, the Housing Partnership has facilitated the creation of over 72,000 housing units, fostering economic activity and strengthening communities across the five boroughs.
