Two Chicago Hotels Among Top Five in Nation by U.S. News & World Report

Chicago is home to two of the top five hotels in the country, according to U.S. News & World Report.

The Langham Chicago, at 330 N. Wabash Avenue, was ranked as the nation’s third-best hotel, and The Peninsula, at 108 East Superior Street, came in as the country’s fourth-best. Hotels were scored by various criteria, including the number and prominence of awards, as well as an analysis of expert opinions and traveler reviews.

Two Florida hotels also made the list, including the Acqualina Resort & Residences in Sunny Isles Beach and the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, which ranked first and second in the nation, respectively.

“The 2024 Best Hotels rankings offer travelers dependable options to stay for every type of trip, balancing location, amenities and quality service to ensure an enjoyable experience,” said Zach Watson, senior travel editor at U.S. News.
