BOMA New York Announces New Chair
BOMA New York announces Patrick J. Dolan, RPA, as its new Chair, bringing experience as senior property manager at The Durst Organization. Sharon Hart Fanelli, RPA, CPM, of New York Life Investors, will serve as Vice Chair, Bridget Cunningham of Vornado Realty Trust as Treasurer, and Eduardo Fiallo of Hines as Secretary.
A Marine Corps veteran, Dolan succeeds Matt Duthie, RPA. BOMA New York, under Dolan’s stewardship, will continue its mission of networking, education, and advocacy, focusing on market trends, proptech, decarbonization, and life safety issues. Dolan has been a member of BOMA New York since 2000 and has served as an officer for the past six years.
“BOMA New York has been an integral part of my career. I thank Matt Duthie for his diligence as Chair, and I am both honored and excited to be Chair of BOMA New York during a critical time in the commercial real estate industry,” said Dolan.
