New French Bistro, Retail to Open in National Landing
JBG SMITH has revealed Bar Colline, a new French bistro concept from the Hilton Brothers’ H2 Collective, at The Grace and Reva (formerly 1900 Crystal Drive) in National Landing, Washington, DC.
Led by Eric and Ian Hilton, H2 Collective’s portfolio includes venues like Chez Billy Sud and El Rey. Bar Colline offers shareable plates, and cocktails inspired by Paris nightlife. The Grace and Reva also feature six new street-level establishments including Bar Chinois, Colada Shop, Drybar, nailsaloon, Tatte Bakery & Café and Van Leeuwen Ice Cream.
