Convene Reveals New Midtown Meeting Space
Convene, a hospitality company, has introduced “Venue 42 by Convene,” a new meeting and conference center at 5 Times Square in Midtown Manhattan. It will occupy approximately 30,000 square feet on the fifth floor of the 1.1 million-square-foot building.
“We’re seeing the flight-to-experience manifest at Convene where Midtown Manhattan continues to be one of the top-performing markets for us. Demand for meeting and event space in the area remains strong and we’re proud to once again be partnering with RXR Realty to create an exceptional amenity space and conference center at 5 Times Square,” said Alex Adelman, vice president of managed services at Convene.
Venue 42 offers nine flexible meeting rooms, accommodating various event types, with the largest room hosting up to 240 guests. With a projected opening in March 2024, Venue 42 expands Convene’s global network to 40 locations across North America and the UK.
