Lester Family LP recently completed the $4.75 million purchase of The Couve Apartments, a 15-unit multi-family property located at 7308 NE 51st Street in Vancouver, Washington. David Chatfield and Cameron Mercer with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the buyer and the seller, Genesis Rentals, LLC, in the transaction.
The Couve is a 15,485-square-foot multifamily asset made up of a single three-story building located in the Walnut Grove neighborhood of Vancouver, Washington. Constructed in 2023, the property benefits from its walkable location to the Vancouver Mall, retail shops, restaurants, and public transit.
